Craig Huntington is from Marshfield, Massachusetts and has been helping people transform their bodies and their lives in the gym since 1994. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Craig began his personal training career at the Workout Club in his hometown at the age of 23. Two years later, he went on to own and operate his own personal training studio, Huntington Fitness Company. In 2007, the company rebranded into what is now known as Back2Health: Total Fitness, located in Pembroke, Massachusetts. 

Craig is a former competitive natural bodybuilder with over 30 years of personal training experience coaching clients of all ages -- from children to senior citizens. He has also worked with numerous professional and NCAA athletes. Craig trains his clients using the simplest, most effective fat loss and muscle building techniques so that they can maintain lifelong fitness as they age. His methods have helped clients avoid and overcome injuries and chronic pain. In recent years, Craig has become passionate about sharing his fitness knowledge with online communities, as he has appeared as a featured guest on podcasts and radio shows. With over 80,000 one on one training sessions under his belt, Craig enjoys teaching his clients the value of strength training and living a healthy lifestyle.
